5 Ingredient No Bake Energy Bars


These bars are so easy to make and can be prepared in just minutes. They are great for a quick grab and go snack. Not only are they easy to make, they are delicious as well. My kids love these bars and so do their friends.  I try to keep a batch on hand at all times, because they are such a better option than store bought granola bars and they are way cheaper.  It seems like they eat them as fast as I can make them.  

What you need:

3 cups Rice Krispies
3 cups Oatmeal 
1 1/2 cups Peanut Butter or any nut butter
3/4 cup Honey
3/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Combine everything in a large bowl and stir.   Next add to a 9 x 13 pan and press into pan. Then place in the refrigerator until firm.  I keep mine in the refrigerator at all times.  
This recipe is also great using almond butter.
