Easy 4th of July Treat Boxes Using Toilet Paper Roll

Fourth of July is almost upon us.  I have been crafting away coming up with fun projects that can be used for party favors on the 4th.  The project I have for today is created using a toilet paper roll.  Why throw all those toilet paper rolls away?  There are several fun craft projects that they can be used on.

What you will need:

1-toilet paper roll
A few pieces of candy
ribbon or twine
punch
scrapbook paper (I used some from my scrap box)
glue dots or glue

Cut paper to fit around toilet paper roll.  Glue paper to toilet paper roll.  Now you will take and pinch the toilet paper roll on one end.  Glue dot that into place.  While the other end is still open, place in your candy.  Pinch the other side in the opposite direction.  Glue dot into place.  I took my banner punch and punched a red banner.  Then I added a star to the banner. Punch a small hole into the shape you punched.  Take twine or ribbon and wrap around the treat box but don't tie all the way.  Add your shape to the twine and finish tying the ribbon into a bow.  Now you have a very easy 4th of July treat box for your celebrations.  I hope this inspires you to create some fun things with toilet paper rolls.   These would also be fun for baby showers, birthday parties, and any celebration.
