Ooey Gooey Smores' Brownies

Usually I don't bake in the summer, but the last few days here it has been pretty chilly.  Last night I was especially cold, so what a perfect time for me to bake something to warm the house up.  I had this box of brownies in the pantry and since it was too cold for me to sit by a fire, I figured smores' brownies were the next best thing.

What you need:
1 box of brownie mix and all the stuff required to make batter
3 graham crackers crumbled into big chunks
15 jumbo marshmallows
1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

Make brownie mix according to instructions on package.  Add to batter 1/3 cup of chocolate chips, crumbled graham crackers and 6 marshmallows that I chopped into smaller pieces.  Mix everything together.

Next butter or oil your baking dish.  TIP: Save your butter wrappers and refrigerate them.  When you need to butter a baking dish grab one out and spread it all over the dish.  Now all that butter on the wrapper isn't going to waste.

Pour your batter into baking dish.  Place remaining 9 marshmallows on top of batter.  Bake for required cooking time. The marshmallows will get browned just like fire roasted marshmallows. When your brownies have 5 minutes left add remaining chocolate chips to the top.

Let cool before cutting.  These are ooey gooey yummy chocolatey goodness.  Now when you feel like smores' but can't have the real thing, you can bake up a batch of these yummy brownies.  Please Enjoy!

*My brownie mix was only for an 8x8 pan but you could add more marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham crackers for a bigger batch.
