Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sliders



In the summer, all we do is BBQ.  It's so hot outside I can't stand to use the oven.  I'm always trying to find items to BBQ besides hotdogs and hamburgers.  I love hamburgers but not every night for dinner.  I purchased some italian pork loins on sale a while back, and have had them in the freezer.  I wanted to try one on the BBQ.  I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were grilled.  Paired with the slider buns, these are simply amazing.  Take a pork tenderloin, and grill until done.  Ours was small and didn't take too long but it will depends on the size.  On the slider buns I added some garlic butter that I made using butter and garlic parmesan seasoning.  Soften butter and add desired amount of seasoning.  Grill slider buns on top rack of grill while pork loin is grilling.  When pork loin is done, let rest for a few minutes.  Slice pork loin into medium slices not too thick.  Place 2 pieces of loin on a slider bun.  If you desire you may also add some BBQ sauce to your sliders. These are great to have with grilled asparagus.  An easy and delicious meal.  I hope you enjoy these as much as we did.
