DIY Makeup Remover Wipes

I don't wear makeup everyday, but when I do I always clean my face before bed.  I really have a hard time getting the eyeliner and mascara off all the way. I end up looking like a racoon after I'm done washing.  My eyes are always red from the rubbing and the makeup is still not all the way off.  Since I have been using coconut oil so much lately.  I figured I would make my own makeup remover wipes.  Coconut oil is really good for your skin.  A few nights ago I was able to use my homemade makeup remover wipes, and they worked great. It got all my makeup off and my face wasn't hurting from all the rubbing.  Plus the softness my face felt after was a bonus.

What you need:

Viva Paper Towel- Only buy Viva, they are the only kind that will withstand the wetness and won't shred

Container-Big enough to hold the wipes.

Coconut Oil-I used Extra Virgin

First you will take your Viva Paper Towels and cut them in half with a sharp serrated knife.
Pull out the cardboard roll of the paper towels.
Take 2 cups of water and 2 Tablespoons of coconut oil and add it to a microwave container. Microwave for about 40 seconds, just to melt the coconut oil.
Place the half of roll into the container  and pull out the center of the paper towels just enough to get the roll started.
Pour the coconut oil mixture over the paper towels.

There you have it super easy to make and they work amazing.
You will be able to make another batch of these with the extra half of paper towels you have left over.

I would love to hear your feedback on these.  How they worked for you?
