The One Machine Every Scrapbooker Should Own

Last week my husband bought me the brand new Cricut Explore Design and Cut System.  It will be our 15 year anniversary and that was my gift.  I received it in the mail a few days ago.  I could't resist and had to break it open and try it out.  Cricut has really out done themselves with this one.

You access your Cricut using the online Cricut Design Space.   Link all your cartridges to your Design Space account.  No need for placing cartridges in this machine. Just get on your Design Space and pick your cartridge, then the image you want and you're ready to go.  But that's not all, what if you find an image or font online you really like?  Well you can upload that image onto your Design Space and your Cricut will cut it out for you. Any svg, jpg, bmp, png, gif, and dxf it will cut.

Create projects in a matter of minutes with Ready To Make projects in your Cricut Design Space.

Using Smart Cut technology you will be able to cut shapes as small as 1/4"- 23 1/2" tall.

No having to fuss with those layovers anymore.  They are not needed, this machine does all the work for you.  Plus you are able to see the image on the mat before you cut.

Another great feature is you can cut fabric, vinyl, iron on, poster board, paper, and more. There are no settings, turn the dial to the kind of material you will be cutting.  The machine is so smart it cuts based on the material.

There is a cut and write set, the machine comes with a pen so it will cut out a card and write the greeting for you.

I just can't say enough great things about this machine.  I LOVE it!  This truly is The One Machine Every Scrapbooker Should Own.

Every week I will be featuring an item I created using my Cricut Explore.  Please follow me to see what I have come up with.

In this image I cut Tinkerbells from an image online at 1/4".

I was able to cut out 165 Tinkerbells.
